HYBE Requests Permission to Hold a Meeting with Shareholders to Dismiss Min Heejin ... Hearing Today

An investigation is currently happening about HYBE asking to hold a meeting with shareholders to dismiss ADOR's CEO, Min Heejin.

The Seoul Western District Court will hold a hearing on the application for permission for HYBE to hold a meeting with shareholders at 4.35PM on the 30th. The hearing will be conducted privately in accordance with Non-Contentious Case Procedure Act.

If the court approves, a notice of meeting will be sent to the shareholders, and 15 days later, the meeting between the shareholders and board of directors will be held. At the meeting, HYBE is expected to dismiss the existing board of directors, including Min Heejin, and appoint new directors. The overall process is expected to take about two months.

-Really, HYBE?ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-Don't permit it, Seoul Western District Court! Reject it! It's absurd! Don't yield to HYBE's pressure! Please!

-Truly legendaryㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-No conscience at all...

-Is there a high possibility of dismissal if the shareholders' meeting is held?

-It won't be permitted...

-Min Heejin was right, there are too many Shibal Saekkis, really..

-The ship is sinking, I see it as a downhill road for sure...

-Why on earth is this happening? I don't understand.

-Finish it quickly so that New Jeans doesn't suffer too much... We're going to part ways anywayㅠ

-Sirs, please get a grip;

-It's difficult to stay together anyway

-Dragging it out as long as possible, it's really despicable, those old men at HYBE are really pathetic, they should leave first

-But it's possible that it won't be permitted

-Just go to hell

-Why are even the shareholders trying to kick out Min Heejin..?ㅠㅜ I don't understand...

-How are they going to run without Min Heejin...?

-Please, court, reject itㅠㅠ

-Truly frustrating, this is nonsense

-Dirty bastards

-..... HYBE is really too much

-A company that drives out capable workers is a company that can't do its job well, well done

-Shareholders will be on HYBE's side, won't they?
