Han Hyejin revealed a shocking breakup experience that finally ended with a phone call a year later.
On the episode of 'My Little Old Boy' that aired on the 19th, Han Hyejin, Eom Jiyoon, and Kim Jiyoon shared their worst breakup experiences.
Kim Jiyoo recalled her relationship with an ex-boyfriend and explained the difficult financial situation. She said, "He had quit his job and had no money, so I sent him gift vouchers. He couldn't even pay the delivery fees, so I had to pay for them. I eventually lost my feelings for him."
Hearing this, Han Hyejin reacted, "That's not even the worst," and Eom Jiyoon added, "I fought with my ex and he ghosted me. We broke up two weeks later. That's not very bad."
Han Hyejin shared her own experience of being ghosted, saying, "He kept saying that he was having a hard time, so I took it as a sign to give him some space. But then, he suddenly cut off all contact."
She continued, "At first, I thought he was just sulking for a day or two, but even after a month, then two months, he still hadn't contacted me. Then, a year later, I received six calls at dawn," shocking everyone.
Kim Jiyoo commented, "He was probably drunk," and Eom Jiyoon asked, "So, did you get any closure?"
Han Hyejin replied, "No. My way of giving him closure is by not answering the calls," revealing that she ignored them. Eom Jiyoon joked, "Maybe he still thinks you're dating him?"
