The company said, "The CCTV footage captured ILLIT's members bowing 90 degrees to greet Hanni, who was standing in front of them as they got off from the elevator." The company added, "When we checked this CCTV footage with Min Heejon on August 14th, CEO Min's side argued that the incident (of ILLIT's members not greeting Hanni) happened after that encounter and claimed that there must be another video."

However, the security company explained that it was impossible to secure additional footage because the 30-day video retention period had passed. Min's side is claiming that HYBE intentionally deleted the footage.

Is This Why SM Kept Silent... NCT Taeil Accused of Aggravated Rape

Moon's agency, SM Ent., released an official statement only after Moon's appearance at the police station, saying, "We confirmed that Taeil has been accused of a sexual crime. We recognize that the issue was very serious and we concluded that he could no longer continue his activities with the team. After discussing it with Taeil, we decided he would leave the group."

Fans voice their opinions, saying, "If the crime is serious enough for them to discuss about his withdrawal immediately, then the details of the case should be made public." However, SM Ent. still hasn't provided any further information on the matter.
