New Jeans' Danielle cast as the Korean dubbing voice of Ariel ... The controversy subsided after official announcement has been made

 On the 14th, Disney announced that Danielle has been cast as Ariel through an audition. Disney explained that synchronizing the song and dialogue in Korean to the English lip movements and timing was a difficult challenge, but Danielle received positive reactions from the officials involved in the audition. 

Even before the official announcement, there were mixed opinions among movie fans about Danielle being cast as the Korean dubbing voice of Ariel. The delivery of dialogue in animated films tends to be lacking when a famous celebrity voices in it, that's why professional voice actors are often preferred. 

However, the controversy subsided as Disney released the MV for the Korean version of 'Part of Your World' sung by Danielle. Fans generally show positive reactions to Danielle and her lively and clear voice.
