Leaving behind his past as someone with unused license, Kim Heechul began taking driving lessons again. The reason he chose to learn to drive again after 20 years was none other than his 'future child.'
Kim Heechul said, "My future baby. I'm going to name them Rua," and explained that he wants to personally pick up his child in the future. To help him overcome his long break from driving, Tak Jaehoon and Heo Kyunghwan took on the role of reliable supporters and stepped in as one-day instructors.

Once Kim Heechul got into the car for his lesson, he looked visibly nervous. He buckled his seatbelt and started the engine, but he couldn't hide his panic upon seeing the modern dial-type gear system. Expecting the old-fashioned gear stick, he joked, "Back in my day, it was like this," drawing laughter as he expressed his shock at how much car technology has changed.
Previously, in 2006, Kim Heechul suffered a major car accident while returning home after attending the funeral of fellow member Donghae's father. At the time, he underwent major surgery to insert seven metal pins due to fractures in his thigh and ankle. As a result of the accident, he was classified with a Grade 4 physical disability.
