One Hundred Label, led by CEO Cha Gawon, released a statement saying that they want THE BOYZ to return to the agency and resume full-group activities. They denied any embezzlement and said they would refute the malicious instigation by THE BOYZ's legal representatives.

On the 19th of last month, all members of THE BOYZ, except New, declared the termination of their exclusive contracts. Through their legal representatives, they stated, "We notified the agency of the contract termination on February 10, 2026, due to serious breaches of the contract done by One Hundred Label and the irreparable breakdown of trust. Accordingly, the contract has been legally terminated and is no longer valid." They also raised issues such as unpaid settlements, refusal to provide access to settlement records, and the receipts of advance payments worth of hundreds of billions KRW.

In response, on the 21st, One Hundred Label stated, "We can no longer overlook the distortion of facts and malicious public opinion manipulation by the artists' legal representatives, and thus we are releasing a detailed rebuttal." They claimed that the allegations of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes (Embezzlement) claimed by THE BOYZ's side are false and declared they would take legal action, including filing charges of false accusation.

However, One Hundred Label argued that the legal dispute was initiated by the intentions of the artists' legal representatives, not the artists themselves. They stated that they have already paid the large sums of down payments and settlements, saying, "We support THE BOYZ's full-group activities," and demanded the members to return.
