HYBE seems to have just one person managing the official announcements of multiple labels... (Real-time)

Frequent mistakes in announcements...

theqoo

-Did that happen today?

-Those two groups are not even under the same label and you're telling me there's only one person in charge of all this?

-ㅋㅋㅋLooks like there's only one person managing it

-Looks like TXT and Boy Next Door are managed by one person...

-I would've understood if they were under the same label, but not thisㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ...

-What's the point of having different labels then

-Didn't they also post ENHYPEN's lightstick on BTS' account a few days ago? It really seems like the announcement is managed by one person.

-Isn't this kind of mistake quite common? Why is everyone so angry?

-The two groups are under different labels, and yet they're being handled by one person?

-If that's the case, what purpose does the 'label' even serve here? It's not like they're operating with centralized headquarters like SM Ent. or JYP Ent. Aren't these labels supposed to be completely independent?

-Whoa... If there's really only one person managing all these accounts, that person must be overworked. Managing one team's account is already tough enough...

-They're not even under the same labelㅋㅋㅋ

-Again?

HYBE: "Min Heejin's dismissal? It was ADOR's independent decision... Unrelated to shareholders' agreement"

by Journalist Myung Heesook

https://m.entertain.naver.com/article/311/0001771472

On the 13th, HYBE stated to Xports News, "The shareholders' agreement is a contract signed between HYBE and former CEO Min Heejin, but it has already been terminated. If there are reasons for termination, it can be terminated by written notice. And once it is terminated, the shareholders' agreement loses its effect."

They continued, "A lawsuit to confirm the termination of the shareholders' agreement has been filed to legally confirm this, so we're waiting for legal judgment. The dismissal of former CEO Min Heejin was decided independently by ADOR's board of directors. It has nothing to do with HYBE or the shareholders' agreement."

Additionally, HYBE expressed, "We regret that former CEO Min, who previously emphasized the importance of independent management for ADOR as a separate company, is not complying with the board's decision."

...ㅋㅋ

+

Independent decision...?

At that time, the injunction was filed only against former CEO Min, so her close associates, Vice President Shin and Director Kim, were dismissed from their positions as internal directors. These positions were then filled by HYBE's personnel: Kim Jooyoung (CHRO), Lee Jaesang (CSO at the time, currently CEO), and Lee Kyungjoon (CFO).

theqoo

-How stupid do they think the public is?ㅋㅋ No wonder they tried to scam the public with Suga's caseㅋㅋ

-It’s clear they see the public as fools.

-Every time they open their mouth, they lie.

-These guys are seriously unbelievable...

-They're stupid. That's why they think everyone else is stupid just like them.

-At this point, aren’t they just scammers? Do they think running a business is a joke?

-You guys are beyond bullies now. You’re just scammers. Every time you open your mouth, you lie.

-This is becoming funny now...ㅋㅋㅋ

-Do they think people are stupid just because we like idols and spend money on them?ㅋㅋㅋ Unbelievable.

-They’re really underestimating the public.

-Who would believe this? It’s so pathetic.

-That's very low of them.

-Are they thugs or what?ㅋㅋㅋ The level of their rudeness is legendary.

 theqoo

-No, Tzuyu. You're still a baby.

-Tzuyu's way of speaking is so cute and harmlessㅎㅎㅎ

-Ah, so cuteㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-Just the fact that she thought like that shows she's a babyㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ She must have received a lot of love from her Unnies.

-Be a baby foreverㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-You're also a baby to me, Tzuyu.

-Tzuyu is the maknae in TWICE???

'Magnetic Syndrome' ILLIT Confirmed for October Comeback… Aiming to Secure 'Rookie of the Year' Title

ILLIT, the group that captivated the public with songs like 'Magnetic' and 'Lucky Girl Syndrome,' is set for a comeback next month, aiming to secure their position as 'Rookie of the Year.'

According to sources in the music industry on the 10th, ILLIT has confirmed their comeback schedule for early next month and is currently fine-tuning the final details. According MyDaily’s investigation, the group has recently completed shooting their music video and is gearing up for their first comeback since debut. Composed of Yunah, Minju, Moka, Wonhee, and Iroha, ILLIT debuted on March 25th. Dubbed "HYBE's youngest group," they built a fanbase even before debut. Notably, the news that HYBE Chairman Bang Sihyuk participated in producing their debut attracted significant international attention.

Their debut album was a massive hit. The group won four trophies on domestic music shows and became the first K-pop debut song to enter both the Billboard Hot 100 in the U.S. and the UK's Official Singles Top 100. They also achieved the fastest 100 million streams for a K-pop debut song on Spotify. Additionally, they scored a "perfect all-kill" on major domestic music charts.

theqoo

-Wow... A comeback in this situation doesn’t look good.

-A comeback in this situation? I wonder if it will go well.

-A comeback in this situation?? The girls are actually the victims.

-The girls did nothing wrong, but a company like this shouldn't succeed.

-It’s really unfortunate for ILLIT. They’ve been getting unnecessary criticism since debut due to their company, and now the timing is just...ㅠㅠ

-Not even funny.

-Fighting, ILLIT

-What's wrong with the comments...;;; Fighting, ILLIT

-What did the girls do wrong, really?ㅜ

-I'm looking forward to the song.

-Let's not hate the girls...

-Whoa... Do they really have to comeback in this situation? I love the girls, but I can't bring myself to support them.

-I hope ILLIT does well. Fighting.

-I'm so excited. I can't wait to see their comeback.

-If ILLIT does well, HYBE does well too, I can’t support them.

Shocking situation between ADOR and Min Heejin revealed today

HYBE-Min Heejin's situation began as internal complaints about ILLIT's plagiarism. Now, it has eventually become a situation where ADOR is being 'eaten' by BE:LIFT Lab.

ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Who benefits from this multi-label system...?

They stripped former CEO Min Heejin's management rights and reduced her role to a 'content producer.'

ADOR used the separation of 'production' and management' within their organization to justify Min Heejin's dismissal from her position. However, in reality, Min Heejin was not given any control over production-related teams.

All departments related to artists and content creation (including Artist Development Team, Content Planning Department, and Performance Directing Team) were assigned to Director Lee Dokyung (Vice CEO).

Director Lee Dokyung, who is also the Vice CEO of HYBE IPX, was appointed as director of ADOR on the 2nd of this month. The CEO of HYBE IPX, Kim Taeho (Who is also the CEO of BE:LIFT Lab), is the one who filed a lawsuit against former CEO Min Heejin. The work that Director Lee Dokyung (CEO Kim Taeho's close associate) is responsible for at HYBE IPX had nothing to do with production and was mostly related to marketing. The current CEO of ADOR, Kim Jooyoung, also does not have any prior experience in label management, which makes ADOR her first practical experience.

BE:LIFT Lab's CEO, Kim Taeho, is also holding the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at HYBE.

He is the person who appeared in BE:LIFT Lab's explanation video regarding plagiarism that was posted in May, the one who said 'NOT NewJeans,' 'So bad,' 'Puppy,' etc.

I didn't realize it just from watching the video, but he's a pretty influential figure.

At the age of 23, he founded a PR and marketing company specializing in entertainment. He briefly held positions at various places like Hangyoreh, Daum Marketing Center, Domo Co., NHN, Poolus, and others, jumping from one to another. After 20 years, in 2018, he returned to the entertainment industry and was appointed as the CEO of BE:LIFT Lab.

He is currently holding the dual roles of COO of HYBE (previously HYBE Solutions, HYBE 360, HYBE IPX, HYBE Brand Synergy, HYBE Media Studio) and CEO of BE:LIFT Lab. HYBE Solutions appears to be a large division within HYBE that oversees various shared services within the company.

Until recently, he was also a co-CEO of Weverse Company. Among the HYBE executives, he has been featured in the media even more frequently than former CEO Park Jiwon.

-The whole situation started after HYBE forcibly seized ADOR employees' laptopsㅋㅋ They extracted all the concepts that Min Heejin and ADOR had planned and everything else, and they're probably using it all for themselves now.

-This is giving me goosebumps.

-Why even have a label system if this is how it’s going to be? And why is someone in charge of management getting involved in producing?

-These old men with terrible taste, no matter how much they try to copy, it’s still hopeless.

-I can't believe they'd go this far just because they hate one person. With all of this chaos happening, it's understandable NewJeans wouldn't want to stick aroundㅎ

-Honestly, from now on, whenever a new concept comes out, I’ll keep wondering, 'Is this something they stole from ADOR?'

-No wonder why NewJeans felt the need to do that live broadcast.

-Whoa... How can NewJeans properly work under someone like that?

-Even the devil would seem less evil compared to this. They're pure evil.

-I hope NewJeans can safely part ways with them.

-What a total mess.

-I'm worried they might have even stolen what NewJeans was preparing.

-Oh Gosh... I can't imagine how hard it must be for the girls....ㅠㅠ

NewJeans gives HYBE a 'Two-Week Ultimatum,' raising possibility of split

K-pop girl group NewJeans has issued a sudden demand to HYBE and Chairman Bang Sihyuk, calling for the return of Min Heejin by the 25th. This has led to speculation within the music industry that the group may be considering terminating their exclusive contract.

Given that it's practically difficult for HYBE to meet the demand for Min Heejin's return, there is a possibility that the members may file for a provisional injunction to suspend the contract after the 25th.

If this happens, the whole thing could escalate into a full-blown "NewJeans exclusive contract dispute."

https://v.daum.net/v/20240912120638880

theqoo

-Honestly, this whole situation would end if only Bang Sihyuk stops. He doesn't even bother to protect or respect them as his artists. Do you really think he would fulfill NewJeans' wish? Anyway, I'm rooting for NewJeans.

-HYBE is really incompetent. They made a big mess in April and still haven’t resolved it, causing this chaos in September.

-If the girls stay quiet, they won’t be given proper activities and promotions anyway, so they should try something. NewJeans knows their own situation best.

-Fighting, NewJeans. This is really upsetting.

-I'm rooting for NewJeans a lot. But I wonder if they get involved in a lawsuit and the legal dispute drags on, is there a possibility they won’t be able to come back to the industry for a long time, just like JYJ?ㅠㅠ I really hope they continue to be activeㅠㅠ

-HYBE has committed a lot of acts of mismanagement, breach of trust, and concealmentㄷㄷㄷ

-NewJeans is reaching out to HYBE, asking for things to return back to normal. Is it really that difficult for HYBE-ya? Please, stop being petty and work together.

-Regardless of the situation, legally it's challenging. If it goes to a lawsuit, it could be the worst case.

-Remaining silent would mean just accepting things as they are and ending with termination of the contract. I think it’s great that they’ve come out and directly requested something, even if it’s heartbreaking. They’ve shared their difficulties and made a record of their requests. Now, it’s all or nothing, and I support all five of them until the end.

-NewJeans, stay strong.

-They should file a lawsuit.

-Let’s just leave HYBE.

-Since it’s unlikely for HYBE to reinstate Min Heejin, a lawsuit seems inevitable.
