It is reported that so far there are at least 10 celebrities whose phones have been hacked by a hacker that names himself Black Hacker, including Actor A, Actor B, Idol C, Director D, Famous chef E, and Joo Jinmoo. Most of these celebrities are using Samsung Galaxy S series.
Black Hacker claims that his main target is money. He threatens the celebrities that he would leak the privacy they have in their phones, such as texts, videos, and pictures if they didn't give him the money he asks for. The money that the hacker demands range from 50 Million KRW up to 1 Billion KRW. Dispatch reports that one idol has already given him the money in order to not leak the videos he stole.
