ADOR's CEO, Min Heejin, filed an injunction against HYBE at the Seoul Central District Court to stop their voting rights.
On the 7th, ADOR stated, "HYBE's allegations of embezzlement are groundless. The request for an injunction to stop HYBE's voting rights was made to protect ADOR's artists and corporate value. HYBE has requested a general meeting of shareholders to discuss the dismissal of CEO Min Heejin. This violates the shareholder agreement they have signed with CEO Min Heejin."
They explained, "CEO Min Heejin filed for an injunction to stop HYBE's voting rights, stating that they should not exercise their voting rights in favor of the dismissal of CEO Min Heejin. CEO Min Heejin has the right to demand the promises in the shareholder agreement before exercising their voting rights."

On the other hand, HYBE is starting a public opinion war, cuts and frames only the parts of the discussion that suit them, distorts the issue for watering down, and manipulates the narrative.
-HYBE applied for a shareholders' meeting in court, and it's highly likely that they will fire Min Heejin then. From Min Heejin's side, they asked for a delay in reviewing the application, but they were tricked. It's still uncertain whether the permission for the interim shareholders' meeting will be granted, and even if the meeting is held now, it's unlikely that a resolution will be reached.
